Prisoner's material is to be destroyed per PD 04.07.112. Prisoner XXXXXX refused to pick any other options that were provided to him at the time of Mail rejection hearing. 11/15/2022 prisoner filed grievance and elevated to step II 12/08/2022 prison destroyed mail while grievance is still being processed
