Lack of Accountability at Jackson County Jail

I am not a state prisoner in Wisconsin, I am still fighting my cases from Jackson County Jail. I am having extreme trouble even getting my grievances answered in the time allotted – 5 business days. I’ve had some answered months later and I’ve also had some answered by the Sergeant that the grievance is about. Very dirty pig play in my book. Then the Sergeant told me they should have answered it.

But the main response to grievances is “Duley Noted” and “FWD to LT”. Then nothing is done. Then it feels like retaliation for all the grievances I write when my book ban list is high. I’ve been asking for the book ban list for months with no luck. We are being held to state rules on the ban list but can not get the rules. So pretty much they just make up whatever reason they want. Then put rule violation on it which I have never seen. So it’s an uphill battle.

We do not get any programs here, so can I get a copy of the Revolutionary 12 Step Program? Thank you for your hard work and information in the paper. It helps me to continue and fight the right way within the struggle.
