CO Killed and Lockdown in Delaware

I am writing from James T. Vaughn Correctional Center where February 1-3 there was an inmate uprising resulting in the execution of a heinous criminal correctional officer named Sergeant Stephen Floyd. We are currently still on lockdown; very little recreation, no commissary, no programs (even court-ordered programs), reduced food (state meals), torture by cutting hot water during winter conditions, with NO end in sight.
