MIM Movie Review

This is an archive of the former website of the Maoist Internationalist Movement, which was run by the now defunct Maoist Internationalist Party - Amerika.    Little Thief, The

   Raised in poverty by her aunt and uncle, a 16-year-old woman is a
   thief first order. She ends up at a women's prison run by nuns. The
   harsh prison is the best part of the movie; she escapes with another
   woman. The movie does a good job painting a picture of a woman who
   has a positive outlook in spite of having nothing. But the political
   content ends there and for the most part the movie is a boring romance.
