This is an archive of the former website of the Maoist Internationalist Movement, which was run by the now defunct Maoist Internationalist Party - Amerika. The MIM now consists of many independent cells, many of which have their own indendendent organs both online and off. MIM(Prisons) serves these documents as a service to and reference for the anti-imperialist movement worldwide.

"MIM Platform: Peaceable assembly for prisoners"
The following plank to be enforced by UN Commission on Human Rights,
International Court of Justice and like bodies: The right of prisoners to
peaceably assemble
Prisoners can assemble for religious purposes, but if they assemble
for other purposes the prison officials call it gangbanging. Some prisoner
religious gatherings have even been called gang meetings.
