[mim3@mim.org comments: The 1994 Congress was consumed with issues of internal organization, which MIM already reported in MT#8 on anarchism. However, some other issues also arose and we present some of the resolutions here.]
1.
If a comrade does not read the congress conference, that comrade will not be allowed to vote in the congress voting. (In the case of less literate comrades, having the documents read to them will be fine.)
2.
Infidelity is grounds for divorce [ed.--by married party members and in the "ideal" situation under current capitalism.].
3.
Comrades who do not speak English may be recruited to the party, provided comrades exist to translate for them. All comrades, regardless of language ability, are responsible for all MIM line.
4.
Comrades who do not speak English, and speak a language that MIM has no bilinguals with, may not join the party. (i.e. A Farsi speaking wants to join a Maoist party, MIM. MIM has no Farsi-English, or Farsi-Spanish speakers.) MIM will materially aid, by all means necessary, this comrade in the formation of their own fraternal party, provided they uphold the 3 dividing line questions.
5.
Unless the CPP asks us not to, MIM will distribute "The Philippine Revolution" with a short essay describing MIM's disagreements with the book (e.g. the "Cuba question") and the rectification campaign carried out by the CPP after the publication of the book.
