Not only that, the plagiarism allegation refers to a book The State of Native America (check it on Amazon!) not by Ward Churchill but by the same second wife criticizing him in other persynal attacks in the same lynch mob press! He never claimed to author the essay in question! The enemies of Ward Churchill are actually attacking each other and the press simply does not report it! It's called libel.
Another really old plagiarism allegation regards a painter who never said any such thing about Ward Churchill and is now dead--perfect grist for the speculation mills. The slimers say he plagiarized. Churchill says he had permission. The slimers prove themselves willing to speculate about dead people to accomplish their aims.
It's all old news. Why does it come up NOW when it's been reviewed and rebutted before--because the slime machine can't win otherwise. It has no argument about why Amerika should not take up a collective responsibility movement just like Germany and Japan did.
