Innocent until proven guilty? Not in Massachusetts
According to the U.$. constitution, people are to be presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Now since the court process itself is a sham, it should come as little surprise that people are tortured before conviction.
In Massachusetts, those awaiting trial go before a bail hearing. Bail is often set so high that the accused must remain behind bars. And those identified by their political or social affiliations to be a threat to the system are sent to control units.
