The INPS cover a lot of subjects of interest especially to Filipino communists and to communists globally.
The Philippines is a semi-feudal and semi-colonized society still in need of a new democratic stage of revolution. MIM has a number of public disagreements with the Communist Party of the Philippines, because of the "split in the working-class" that Lenin spoke of and rightfully told us would cause confusion in our own ranks.
Correctly handling the split in the working-class globally is a complicated and arduous task. In the imperialist countries, the imperialists have bought-off entire populations, but they aim their influence at select individuals and small groups in the Third World. A party leading protracted People's War in the Third World is not likely to be successfully bought-off in its entirety by the imperialists, which is why MIM recommends that good Filipino communists join the Communist Party of the Philippines and seek change from within. The other organizations in the Philippines contending with the Communist Party are not worth mentioning, even if they call themselves "Marxist-Leninist."
