We will only add that the capitalist countries that succeeded in getting "started" killed the Indians, took a continent of slaves and robbed the colonies blind. Is it a coincidence that these capitalist countries succeeded and the vast majority did not? We think not.
Promoting capitalism as a successful model is promoting war for land, labor and other resources.
