After the 2004 U$ election, MIM saw a number of maps of North America that redrew the political boundaries. Typically the states that voted for Kerry were added onto Kanada to form a new "United States of Canada" while the states that voted for Bu$h became "Jesusland."

MIM considers this description more or less accurate. Within the white oppressor nation in North Amerika, the main distinction is not between Kanadians and Amerikans. (1) Little distinguishes the Kanadians from their nearest neighbors south of the artificial border. If there are to be two states dominated by the white oppressor nation in North America, MIM recommends that the boundary be placed between an expanded Canada, with the more social-democratic parts of the U$ absorbed into it, and a backward-looking cracker theocracy to be called the Christian Republic of Jesusland.

The Jesusland maps that were based solely on state-by-state votes for Bu$h and Kerry, including MIM's own map (2), were an excellent first approximation; however, we would like to propose some additional changes. First, the territory stolen from Mexico under the "Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo" and the "Gadsden Purchase" must be restored. This includes, first and foremost, the Mexican state of Alta California, which voted for Kerry. It also includes the large territories currently incorporated as the U$ states of Arizona, Nevada, and Utah, as well as parts of Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming.

Next, it is high time to recognize some First Nations. The new Kanadian territory of Nunavut, expanded by MIM to include Nunavik (currently in the province of Québec), goes to the Inuit. All of Alaska goes back to the Yup'ik, the Iñupiaq, the Aleut, and the other First Nations of that area. (For simplicity's sake, we have omitted the internal borders.) The Iroquois Confederacy and the Lakota Nation also get the land that is historically theirs. Other First Nations could and should be added.

Outlying territories, such as Boricua and Hawai`i, will of course become sovereign. They are not shown on this map.

Finally, the remaining territory can be split between the United $tates of Canada and the Christian Republic of JesU$land. MIM has made some adjustments to its previous map. The northern, more industrial, parts of Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio were included in Canada. Also, the Canadian province of Alberta ("the Texas of Canada") and neighboring Saskatchewan were moved to Jesusland.

We will continue to refine this political map of North America. For some, it may be easier than it is for us. Please send your own versions of an improved map to mim3@mim.org

Some would say that a Christian theocracy with nuclear weapons should have a restraining secular influence to avoid direct pursuit of the "rapture." Others would say the secular forces cannot restrain the Christian theocrats, so it is better for them to learn politics on their own, have their own wars and be sure they are conducting their own foreign policy without fear of Democrats, gays etc. At MIM we do not believe the people of Jesusland are inherently religious.

If you would like to comment on the division between Jesusland and Kanada, please send comments to mim3@mim.org.
