A Nation of Law? is a documentary on the history of police brutality and the criminal injustice sysetm.
We will be putting together a mailing to prisoners during the movie. Come learn about the criminal
injustice system while helping the fight against it.

Land for the Masses

A fellow activist will be presenting a new documentary, "Land for the Masses," which depicts the
struggle between Filipino villagers and capitalist land-grabbers in Hacienda Looc. The presentation
will include an update on the situation in Hacienda Looc, the story of which was presented in the Golf War,
a documentary FORAIL hosted last year. We will also address other current events in the Philipines
including the war against the Moro people, the impeachment of president Estrada, and toxic waste left behind
by the u$ military.

Commemorate W.E.B. Du Bois

At this event we will be discussing the life of W.E.B. Du Bois, the MIM statement, and the political orientation of the white nation. We will also be working to put together a monthly mailing to prisoners across the country who are involved in the struggle. We invite all to come help out with the mailing while honoring Du Bois and furthering our understanding of his work.

At this event will be featuring the latest shows released from MIM and RAIL's Under Lock & Key radio
program. This event is part of a recent campaign to expand the radio project. We invite anyone interested
in helping with the program (reading, producing, airing it, etc.) to come to this event to find out more.

putting together part of a mailing to prisoners across the country. We invite
you to come check out this radio program about the prison system, while helping us build the
movement behind bars.

Conference on Oppression in Prisons

The focus of this afternoon will be on the lack of educational opportunities in prisons, including the
censorship of materials and the use of control units to target politically active prisoners as well as
Black and Latino prisoners in general. We are still looking for additional co-sponsors for this event.
